Pokémon Go ‘Better Together’ Ultra Unlock event guide
From July 17-22, Pokémon Go will be hosting part one of the Ultra Unlock rewards: a “Better Together” event that brings out Tandemaus and regional variants.

Pokémon Go’s first Ultra Unlock after Pokémon Go Fest 2024 is “Better Together,” which focuses on the mouse family Pokémon, Tandemaus. The event runs from July 17-22.
The event also features doubled catch candy, quadrupled catch XP, and boosted speed at which friendship levels increase. (Note that this refers to friendship levels with your in-game friends, not your Pokémon buddy.)
Tandemaus is mainly obtainable through completing Timed and Field Research, not from spawns. Tandemaus does come from nearly every event Field Research during the event, so keep your eyes peeled for those little mice. You can also get Tandemaus as a reward for doing Party Play challenges.
There’s also a paid premium Timed Research for “Grow Together,” which will reward you with more Tandemaus, as well as Lucky Eggs and Rare Candies, for $4.99.
